Electrical Engineering Intern – Summer Position

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer at our chemical manufacturing facility. This role provides hands-on experience in an industrial environment, working with experienced engineers to support plant operations, electrical systems, and process automation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial power distribution systems, motor controls, and instrumentation.
• Support reliability and maintenance teams in electrical system inspections and performance analysis.
• Assist in electrical design, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams
• Participate in plant safety initiatives and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of power systems, industrial controls, and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial setting with exposure to high-voltage equipment.
