2025 Corporate Summer Internship

Position Summary:

The Turnberry Corporate Summer Internship Program provides undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience with a well-established South Florida company. The program is designed to develop tomorrow’s business leaders. Interns will gain exposure to senior leadership, work on impactful projects, participate in learning and development opportunities, and engage in networking and social events with fellow team members and interns.

The internship will take place in-person at our Aventura Mall corporate office, beginning in May and ending in August. Interns will work full-time, 40 hours per week, over the 10-week program.

Responsibilities:

Success in this role will be demonstrated through the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Collaborative team player who excels in building consensus and relationships at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal communicator who can positively influence Turnberry partners and communicate effectively across all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical topics to a wide audience, including those with varying familiarity of the subject matter
  • Problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on resolving issues creatively and effectively while maintaining exceptional flexibility, collaboration, and integrity
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, a high level of drive, and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Project management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, including the ability to evaluate costs and benefits and provide recommendations for optimal solutions

Qualifications:

  • Current part-time or full-time students who are Juniors or Seniors, enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university, and pursuing a degree in a related field
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) for the duration of the 12-week internship, starting in May
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the corporate office
  • Demonstrated dependability in following instructions, responding to management direction, and completing tasks on time, or notifying the appropriate person if alternative plans are necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills
