Position Overview:
As a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Manor, you will play a critical role in representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of commercial properties. Unlike many other firms, we provide our agents with regular business leads and clients, eliminating the need for extensive initial business development. Additionally, you will be supported by office staff, assigned a mentor, and provided with industry-leading tools to fast-track your career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties across various asset classes (office, retail, industrial, multifamily, etc.).

Conduct property tours, market research, and financial analysis to support client decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry professionals.

Collaborate with the Manor team to ensure smooth transaction management and client satisfaction.

Stay informed about local real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.

Qualifications:

Active real estate license in the state of Missouri (or ability to obtain one).

Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
