Strategic HR Business Partner (Draper, UT)
Use business knowledge and HR expertise to deliver talent and organizational solutions. Consult with business leaders, develop talent, drive operational excellence, model values, and build high performing teams. Conduct needs analyses to identify and establish priorities. Coach managers and employees on company HR plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools to ensure effectiveness. Evaluate business needs in organizational design and effectiveness, talent management and acquisition. Drive change management processes and procedures for effective implementation. Identify needs for leadership/career/training and development. Create and implement succession planning for senior management positions. Partner with business leaders on job design, including how they fit into team and organizational structures. Benchmark and ensure that roles are filled in a timely manner with the best talent. Conduct employee engagement sessions and identify action items. Manage HR initiatives and process improvement, including HR Technology. Compile, review and make recommendations by analyzing data across functional areas.
Requires: Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, at least 1 year of experience in job offered, SHRM CP or PHR Certification, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word), Ceridian Dayforce, and Power BI.
Some interstate travel required to Colorado, Nevada, Northern California, Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas (1/4 time)
