Coordinating Producer

Join our team of professionals at The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), where we produce and deliver network-quality content on our daily live TV show, The 700 Club. This news/magazine program has the variety and pacing of a morning show with live guests, special features, music, prayer and ministry.
We are looking for an experienced Coordinating Producer who can develop video material, dramatic impact stories, and feature content for airing on The 700 Club and to be used for CBN Israel fundraising efforts. This professional will foster creativity and improve story production quality by directing the story development and production processes in the field. This role will coordinate with CBN Israel leadership and the local field office for story research and development.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of television production, field producing or program reporting, and postproduction to include non-linear rough-cut editing
- Creative ability to consistently generate compelling stories with a redemptive and fundraising message
- Strong creative and visualizing ability to work with complex story subjects
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong ability to train and mentor international team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong research and network-level writing skills
- Strong leadership, decision making and mentoring skills
- Proficient in MS Office and video editing software
- Strong ability to motivate a team of producers within a cross-cultural environment to achieve excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as be an effective member of a creative team
- Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to travel
