Job Overview: 

As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR department in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work with the HR Supervisor to contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions and development programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR information.
  • Help with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
