Content Creator Intern
The University Development Office’s Marketing team is searching for a current student to serve as a Content Creator Intern. The University Development Office works to support philanthropic goals on campus and further private giving to the University.
This position will work within the Creative Team and report to the Photographer/Videographer position.
The content creator intern will cover a wide range of assignments as well as pitching their own stories under the support and guidance of the team. Assignments will include event videography, capturing campus scenics, video file logging and creating content for social media channels. This position will have the opportunity to operate Canon cinema equipment, assist with lighting, work on documentary projects, and collaborate with our social media team on content creation.
The candidate must only demonstrate a strong interest and ability to learn, bringing fresh perspectives of social and video concepts to the team. Having a broad interest in storytelling, communications strategy for non-profits, skills in video editing, motion graphics and sound design is a plus.
Intern candidates will also be expected to demonstrate an ability to accommodate the internship within their class schedule in the Spring of 2025.
The Intern will spend 10-12 weeks as part of the University Development Office’s Marketing Team, which is an agency-style team consisting of 15 individuals with expertise in Marketing, Design, Web/Digital, social media, Photography and Video.
