Administrative Internship
ADMINISTRATIVE INTERNSHIP
Peninsula Players Theatre seeks two (2) college students or recent graduates with administrative skills to join the theater company for its 90th season, performing June 17 – October 19. Intern report/departure dates are late May through October 21, 2025. Dates may be flexible to accommodate school schedules. Applicants should have a strong interest in learning the daily operations of a not-for-profit theater and be eager to support various responsibilities, including ticket sales, concession stand operations, front-of-house tasks, house management, company hospitality, social media and website support, coordinating volunteer ushers, and assisting with miscellaneous office projects.

Job details
Candidates should be proficient in data entry, skilled in Microsoft and Google Office suites, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, along with a basic understanding of cash handling and experience balancing a cash drawer, are essential. This internship pays a weekly stipend of $250, with Peninsula Players Theatre providing a travel stipend, free housing and meals on working days.
