About WMBF:
WMBF-TV is the NBC Network affiliate for the Grand Strand and Pee Dee regions of Northeastern South Carolina and parts of southeastern North Carolina. This Gray Media-owned station was launched in 2008 in Myrtle Beach, SC, and was built as a state-of-the-art High-Definition broadcast facility.
We broadcast 39 hours of live local news and weather along with NBC programming to 8 counties along the Grand Strand beaches westward into Florence, SC. We also use digital media platforms to deliver breaking news coverage to a fast-growing audience.

Job Summary/Description:
This position will ask you to create full-scale brand marketing campaigns that include digital, on-air, and social elements. Producers will conceptualize, write, shoot, and edit compelling promotions for topical special reports, Proof of brand spots, sales client commercials, and station initiatives for all platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Work with the news team to obtain information and videos for the creation of promos to increase the brand awareness of our products
• Work with the Sales department and clients to write, produce, and create out-of-this-world commercials.
• Produce additional video, and graphic presentations as requested for digital and streaming audiences
• Provide production support and timely customer service to all departments
• Work with clients as needed on sales-driven projects
• Participates in station-sponsored events and all assigned special promotions projects
• Help to plan and execute events and station community efforts
• Other projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in TV/Film Production/Corporate Communications or videography preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of managers and staff
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to shoot on multiple camera formats.
• Ability to adapt to changes in a work environment
• Strong communication skills
• Available to work nights and weekends as needed
• Must be willing to work in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
• Proficient in Premiere editing system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Proficient with digital platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of graphic design programs
• Team player
