Sales Representative (part-time）

We sell Montessori educational toys, our company has been in the US for over a decade, but business hasn't been thriving. Our parent company is based in China and has been very successful. Therefore, we are looking to recruit salespeople in the United States to assist us.

The job is straightforward – handling phone calls and helping customers to place orders. There are only a few calls each day, and you don't need to answer them immediately, just call back the missed ones (But it must be during the day before 5 p.m. because everyone else is off work at night). You'll be dealing with customers like Montessori teachers and Montessori school directors. It will only require 1-2 hours of your time daily, and it's 100% remote. 

However, you must attend the annual Montessori exhibition event in person (once a year). The next one is in Denver from March 13th to March 16th, 2025, hosted by the American Montessori Society.

The base salary is $1200 per month, plus a 5% commission on orders placed by you. The pay for this job isn't extravagant, but it can provide some steady extra money each month. Plus, the hourly rate is pretty decent. 

Requirements:

- English as native language 
- Strong communication skills 
- Proficiency in using a computer to assist customers with placing, modifying, and editing orders
- Hardworking
