We are looking for a hard-working and highly motivated individual seeking to bring visions to life and deliver exceptional experiences.
As a Venue Assistant, you will learn the ins and outs of what it takes to run an event venue. Tasks and duties consist of working with a highly skilled team to set up event spaces, provide outstanding customer service to guests and clients, and maintain our modern and luxurious venues.
Venue Assistants must be team players, have strong verbal and written skills, be personable with strong customer service attributes, and be great with time management.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Setup requires lifting tables, chairs, and other decor elements
- Must be able to be on your feet for long hours, and able to work early morning/late nights in certain situations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (hours can be flexible)
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Venue Schedule:
- Office Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm
- Weddings and Events: Thursday-Sunday 8am-12am (times vary)
- Events can also be scheduled during weekdays (times vary)
- Venue Assistant schedule revolves around office hours and event schedules
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (Required)
- Weekends (Required)
- Day Shift (Preferred)

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Job: 1 year (Preferred)
