Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Manager - Human Services

Chippewa County is accepting applications for an Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Manager within the Department of Human Services – ADRC Division. The job duties of the ADRC Manager include but are not limited to plan implement and supervise Aging & Disability Resource Center Services to adults with disabilities and the aging population provided by the Chippewa County Department of Human Services; to administer the established budget, program execution, regulatory compliance and supervise the assigned staff; and to provide responsive, courteous and efficient services to County residents and the general public. Additionally, as a part of the executive leadership team, assist the Director in overall administration and management of the Human Services Department.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or closely related field including but not limited to; Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology, Vocational Rehabilitation, Public Administration, or Dietetics required. Five (5) years of recent professional human services work experience related to area of developmental disabilities, physical abilities, mental health, or aging required. Supervisory experience or documented education in supervisory training required. If the candidate is an internal applicant with Chippewa County ADRC experience, supervisory experience is preferred. At least one (1) year work experience with an ADRC Division preferred. Social Work Licensure in the State of Wisconsin preferred. Experience with preparing and administering an operational or program budget required. Starting Wage: $39.61 – $45.01 per hour depending on qualifications plus an excellent fringe benefit package. Maximum Wage: $54.01 per hour
