Renewals Specialist

The Renewals Specialist supports the company by ensuring that the renewals process runs as smoothly as possible for all parties involved including our various channel partners & customers.

 

The Renewals Specialist ensures that all upcoming renewals are accurately reported on and that quotes are provided in a timely manner to Channel Partners and Customer Success Managers for presentation to customers.   

 

The Renewals Specialist works closely with multiple teams across the organization to keep lines of communication open and clear regarding recurring revenue related issues. The Renewals Specialist coordinates with the Channel Sales team to prepare our partners with status reports on upcoming and past due renewals they’re responsible for as well as necessary quotes. They work with the Customer Success team to provide expertise in situations where assistance may be needed in the creation of renewal related quotes. In the event that renewal is past due, the Renewals Specialist will work with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure that issues are accurately tracked and managed to their conclusion.

The Renewals Specialist is driven by a desire to collaborate with team members and provide streamlined processes that reduce or eliminate friction for our end customers.

 

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL

  • Become aware of the value the Carousel Cloud product brings to our customers through the use of our training offerings and participating in customer demonstrations, onboarding calls, and account reviews.
  • Develop a familiarity with Carousel’s CRM, Subscription Management, and Customer Success management tools and basic tasks.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL

  • Begin taking over day-to-day renewal quoting responsibilities for channel partner renewals.
  • May begin curating and delivering reports to the Channel Management team regarding upcoming and past due renewals.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL

  • Begin taking full ownership of renewal management processes for delivery to Channel Partners.
  • Begin taking full ownership of reporting on the overall status of renewals for Direct and Channel delivery.
  • Through experience and gained expertise begin offering support and guidance to Customer Success Managers and Strategic Account Managers on renewals related questions and quoting.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver renewal quotes to Channel Partners.
  • Create and deliver reports of upcoming and past due renewals to Channel Partners and Channel Management team.
  • Manage and deliver reporting of renewals status for upcoming and past due renewals to internal stakeholders.
  • Look for opportunities to streamline and improve our subscription renewals process.
  • Provide expertise and assistance to our Customer Success and Enterprise Accounts team members for direct renewals.
  • Coordinate with our Finance and Operations team members to reduce or eliminate communication gaps that may occur when renewals are past due.

Additional Information

  • Hrs: 40 per wk
  • Review after 90 days
  • Salary: $60K-$67K per year
  • 100% remote work
