Internship Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our marketing team for a summer internship. This program is designed to provide real-world experience in financial marketing, strategy development, execution and measurement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to drive impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness, support new customer acquisition and customer engagement.

Internship Duties and Responsibilities:
· Partner with the Marketing Strategy and Direct Marketing team assisting in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, direct mail, etc.) and projects.
· Understand market, customer and prospect research and conduct competitive analyses to support strategy and or promotional recommendations.
· Collaborate with marketing and Line of Business partners to create and curate content for the website, email marketing, etc.
· Analyze marketing performance data and support reporting with insights and recommendations for optimization.
· Support promotional activities including project management and organization of any .
· Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas.
· Help maintain and update the marketing project calendar and content schedules.

· Build collaboration skills by working with cross-departmental teams, including Line of business groups, Data Science & Analytics and Marketing Services.
· Develop proficiency in marketing software and platforms such as CRM systems, and Power BI/analytics dashboards.

Position Overview:

Possible positions include key support areas such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Project Mgmt. and Accounting.
Primary Responsibilities:
Learn aggressively: Be open to new ideas and concepts, ask questions and be intellectually curious. Opportunities are based on assigned department, possible examples include organizational structures, business etiquette, interpersonal/conflict resolution/sales/negotiation skills, industry information, products and services and functional responsibilities for various Bank departments.
Analyze: Improve the quality of decision making by doing appropriate and thorough analysis. Potential examples are based on the department assigned but can include pricing decisions, financial analysis, qualitative analysis, credit risk mitigation, identifying borrowing needs, project timelines and marketing plans.
Communicate well: Deliver information in a clear, logical and effective manner. Convey information both in writing and orally. Flex style to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group and large-group settings. Possible examples include business meetings, sales calls, training sessions, email communication and conference calls.
Display Teamwork: Work well with others to achieve group goals. Willing to leverage the experiences of members to generate improved results and maximum performance. Lead and follow with effectiveness. Willing to voice dissent and ask difficult questions. Listen, to learn. Examples include department or Intern projects.
