Hotel Guest Service Agent

*Job Overview*

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, ensuring a memorable and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. We are looking for a candidate that is punctual and who is flexible in scheduling.

*Responsibilities*

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities

- Process reservations and cancellations accurately

- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

- Other duties as assigned

*Skills*

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations

- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and hotel management software

- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling reservations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Overnight shift
  • Weekends as needed
