General Sales Manager

Row House is seeking a General Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our location in Nashville, TN.

Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. It distinguishes itself from other group fitness concepts built on insecurity and competition by creating an environment that raises everyone up so they come together, rowing on the same rhythm, with the same flow and energy. Rowing has long been recognized by serious athletes as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise and Row House's workout stays true to form. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.

POSITION:

The General Sales Manager will lead by example to generate leads, drive revenue growth, and provide an environment that welcomes, inspires, and celebrates people.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Confident in generating personal sales and training part-time sales associates

· Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner

· Driven to achieve goals

· Responsible to follow through on commitments

· Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Able to stand for extended periods of time

· Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment

· Solid writing and grammar skills

· Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

· Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software

DUTIES

· Provide a high level of customer service

· Make decisions to drive revenue and customer experience

· Generate leads through grassroots marketing, referrals, and networking

· Model a culture of excellence

· Implement sales process to schedule prospects for class and convert to members

· Lead, inspire, hold accountable, and inspire sales associates and instructors

· Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts

· Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts

· Hire and lead instructors

· Proficiency in software, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.

· Collect outstanding dues

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio

· Enforce Row House policies and procedures

· Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

· Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

· Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

· Be a brand ambassador in and out of the studio

· Manage social media professionally and within brand guidelines

· Rest on Sundays

· Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

· This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performance.

· Opportunity to bonus, based on performance

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
