Information Technology Internship
SUMMARY
Catalyst Campus is a non-profit organization that provides a collaborative and innovative ecosystem for organizations to work towards a common goal by supporting the warfighter and government missions. We help organizations develop advanced technologies and cutting-edge software to deliver capabilities to the warfighter faster.
Catalyst Campus is seeking candidates who are interested in pursuing an internship in Information Technology. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of IT principles and should be a college level student or graduate.
At Catalyst Campus, you will have an opportunity to support our national security, and aerospace and defense industry. You will have a chance to help resolve technical software and hardware problems in accordance with established DOD (Department of Defense) policies and procedures and increase your expertise with hands-on learning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the one or more of the following
- Tier II Help Desk site support
- Troubleshooting Network and Windows issues
- Set up and troubleshooting of AV equipment
- Repair & Recovery
- Installation & Updates for Windows Server and VMWare
- Create/Update/Maintain databases
- Network Design for new building
- Disaster recovery
QUALIFICATIONS
- This internship cannot be performed remotely, therefore local candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be a US Citizen and must have the ability to obtain and hold a security clearance.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Graduate or equivalent
LANGUAGE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to management.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Compensation
We value our employees’ time and efforts. Our commitment to your success is enhanced by our competitive compensation of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour dependent upon experience.
