Compensation: $70K-$90K + Stock Options

What You’ll Do

• Define the Vision: Lead Flite’s product design strategy, creating a cohesive and compelling design system that embodies our brand and resonates with our audience.
• Create Seamless Experiences: Design user interfaces that are functional, efficient, and visually engaging, making the platform easy to use while driving key outcomes.
• Collaborate to Innovate: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure the design is aligned with functionality and business objectives.
• Set the Standard: Develop and enforce UI/UX guidelines that ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Impact Growth through Design: Leverage data and insights to create designs that boost user engagement, retention, and advocacy, ensuring our product resonates with and sells to our audience.

Who You Are

• Proven Leader: You bring 2+ years of experience (or an extensive portfolio) in creative leadership roles, ideally in startups or high-growth environments, and know how to thrive in fast-paced settings.
• UI/UX Expert: Skilled at creating seamless, user-centric interfaces that balance functionality and aesthetic appeal. You’re proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Brand-Driven Innovator: You understand how product design connects with branding to create a cohesive user experience that resonates with audiences.
• Data-Informed Problem Solver: You leverage data and user research to inform design decisions and continuously optimize user experiences.
