Job Description: Creative Team for Bad Kids Korporation - Comic Book Universe 

Bad Kids Korporation is seeking passionate, talented, and creative individuals to join our Comic Book Universe team. We are building three distinct universes filled with compelling stories, vivid visuals, and immersive experiences. This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment where communication, teamwork, and meeting deadlines are critical to success. 

About Us: Bad Kids Korporation is a dynamic creative collective focused on storytelling through comics, music, films, and live events. We aim to innovate the comic book medium while fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. As we prepare for our debut at Comic-Con 2025, we need driven individuals who excel in a team setting and can thrive under tight deadlines. 

Available Roles: 

1. Artists and Visual Storytellers ● Pencilers: Translate concepts into dynamic sketches and layouts with precision and creativity. ● Inkers: Add depth, texture, and clarity to penciled work, ensuring high-quality visuals. ● Letterers: Create engaging and effective lettering that integrates seamlessly with artwork. ● Colorists: Elevate the mood and tone of the story with vibrant, cohesive color palettes. ● Cover Artists: Craft visually arresting covers that capture audience attention. 

2. Writers and Storytelling Experts ● Collaborate closely with artists to develop compelling, cohesive narratives. ● Ensure continuity and alignment across multiple universes. ● Innovate and push boundaries with fresh, unique storylines. 

3. Editorial and Management ● Editors/Production Managers: Oversee production workflows, facilitate communication, and maintain quality control. ● Ensure deadlines are met while managing schedules across multiple teams and projects.

4. Merchandising and In-World Apparel Designers ● Develop merchandise and apparel designs that align with the themes and aesthetics of our comic book universes. ● Integrate merchandise concepts seamlessly into the stories. 

5. Consulting Facilitator and Team Builder ● Foster collaboration between diverse creatives, ensuring group cohesion and productivity. ● Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative and organizational support.

Qualifications:

 ● Genuine passion for comics, graphic novels, and storytelling. ● Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Illustrator, etc.). ● Strong communication and organizational skills. ● Experience working collaboratively in a team setting. ● Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI tools and new technologies.
