Operations Intern

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Intern will support the Client Services, Media Services, and Product teams in managing campaign activations, monitoring performance, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role provides exposure to various aspects of digital and traditional media, including campaign setup, reporting, and vendor coordination. Interns will gain valuable experience in media planning, buying, and performance optimization.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with ad campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
  • Support traditional media buys by liaising with vendors and managing budgets.
  • Help analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain records and documentation for projects, ensuring a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


 

Preferred (but not required):

  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms or prior experience in media-related roles.
  • This internship is an excellent opportunity to build foundational knowledge in media operations while contributing to real-world advertising campaigns.
