Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer Intern to join our remote team. The intern will work on exciting projects involving mobile application development and backend services. This role is perfect for students passionate about building high-quality apps using modern tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance React Native applications for Android and iOS.
Work on backend services using Django to support mobile app functionality.
Assist in the deployment and management of infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Debug and resolve issues in the codebase to improve application performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agile development processes.
Help ensure secure and efficient handling of user data and system resources.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a university program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience or coursework in React Native and/or Django.
Basic understanding of mobile app development and deployment for Android and iOS.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
