POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Energy Solutions Sales Representative to join our team and support our mission. You will play a crucial role in guiding companies and dealers through and accelerating their path to decarbonization. You will use tools such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Lithium-Ion Batteries (LIB), Hydrogen Fuel Cells and infrastructure consultations. This role involves assessing current practices, developing tailored strategies, and implementing solutions that reduce carbon footprints and meet emission compliance requirements primarily focused on the intermodal, distribution and agriculture industries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and recommend customized zero-emission strategies that align with customers' goals and industry standards.
  • Develop roadmaps and action plans to achieve zero-emission targets, including timelines, resource requirements, and key performance indicators for customers.
  • Assist customers in the implementation of zero-emission technologies, such as industry specific diesel replacement solutions, energy efficiency measures, and sustainable materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and sales presentations for customer opportunities.
  • Assist in the establishment and expansion of a dealer network to support the distribution and implementation of zero-emission technologies and solutions proprietary to Total Industries.
  • Support the development of training materials and programs for companies and dealers to ensure effective product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Research and support customers in identifying and securing funding opportunities and grants relevant to their zero-emission projects and initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to zero emissions.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and other events, effectively showcasing our zero-emission technologies and solutions.
  • Achieve annual sales volumes and gross profit goals each year.
