Position Summary:

Join Real Life Christian Church in Orlando, Florida, as our Videographer, where you’ll craft captivating videos that convey our vision of “changed lives” through compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and produce video content that aligns with the church’s vision
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team, pastors, and ministry leaders to develop video concepts and storylines that effectively communicate key messages and initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production (scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting), production (filming, directing, lighting, sound), and post-production (editing, color grading, audio mixing).
  • Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and volunteers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the production process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production, and implement innovative techniques to enhance the quality and impact of our content.
  • Coordinate video shoots and logistics, including scheduling, equipment setup, and talent direction, to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows.
  • Manage the church’s video library and archives, organizing and cataloging footage for easy access and future use.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to integrate video content across various platforms, including the church website, social media channels, and live streaming services.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and creativity in all aspects of video production, representing the church’s brand and values with excellence.

General Requirements:

  • Professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines quickly
  • Ability to work in both a team & solo environment.
  • Efficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop & Media Encoder, or Davinci Product Suite
  • Efficient with Canon, Sony, & Black Magic Cinema-style cameras
  • Efficient in 3-point studio lighting
  • Efficient with Audio Recording
  • Comfortable with directing/technical directing a LIVE multi-camera shoot.
