Description:
Tater Baseball, a premium provider of baseball equipment and apparel, is seeking a detail-
oriented and motivated Production Intern to join our Digital & Social Content Team. This
paid internship offers hands-on experience in supporting our video production and content
creation efforts, contributing to projects such as product shoots, social media campaigns,
training videos, athlete-focused content, and event coverage.
With the opportunity to directly impact Tater’s digital presence while gaining valuable
industry experience.
Tater's Social Presence and Brand Impact:
Tater Baseball boasts a strong and growing presence on social media, with 30k+ followers
on Instagram, 11k+ on TikTok, and 10k+ on Facebook, generating hundreds of thousands of
impressions each month.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sports industry and
contribute to a highly respected brand with significant digital reach.
Tater products are featured and used daily in MLB, NCAA, and even MLB The Show video
game and trusted by elite athletes. Making this internship a valuable foot in the door for
anyone passionate about sports and digital content creation.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist the Tater Digital & Social Content Team with daily tasks, including:
o Filming product features, training bat or game bat demos, and event
highlights.
o Capturing content for social media campaigns and promotional materials.
o Shooting team gear photo and video content for Tater’s partner teams.
• Archive, label, and organize footage from interviews, product shoots, and event
coverage.

• Shoot and edit content optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram,
TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor trends on social media and recommend new ideas to improve the current
content strategy.
• Provide on-site production support for product launches, events, and photoshoots.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual stories.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while contributing to
the team’s creative efforts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience operating professional camera equipment (Sony Preferred not
mandatory)
• Familiarity with lighting and audio equipment to maintain high production
standards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After
Effects.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple
projects.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task while meeting deadlines and
objectives.
• Knowledge of baseball, including gameplay, terminology, and culture, as well as a
solid understanding of Major League Baseball (MLB) and its current trends and
players.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, as needed.
We are seeking a current college student or recent graduate located within a 15-20 mile
radius of Tater Baseball in Cheshire, CT.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the intern must be able to:
• Carry camera equipment (up to 30 lbs.) for extended periods.
• Engage in physical activities such as setting up and breaking down equipment.
• Stand and film for prolonged periods during events.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, in varying environmental conditions.
• Be aware of surroundings when filming at events or during active gameplay.

Compensation:
This is a paid internship. The position will run for a 6-month term with opportunity for
growth into a permanent position.
