Seeking a self-motivated college sophomore, junior or senior to join our team as a digital marketing intern. This position will work collaboratively with the Office of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions and University Communications and Marketing. The successful intern will be responsible for co-administering Binghamton University’s Graduate Admissions social media accounts, developing content calendars, monitoring online performance through analytics, creating engaging images and copy. This internship is a part-time, paid opportunity and will work a hybrid schedule with 50% in-person/50% remote for the Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 academic year.

 

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced communications environment. The ideal candidate would have an interest in digital marketing, photography, graphic design and is looking to enhance their writing and interviewing skills.    

 

Qualifications

  • Pursuing BS/BA
  • Prefer GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Prefer sophomore, junior or senior
  • Interest in marketing, social media for business, higher education and media writing
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and creative mindset
