Position: Intern

Location: New York City

SMUGGLER is a film, theater, TV, commercial, music video, and immersive production company managing a roster of acclaimed directors and creatives. Our internship program allows individuals to gain a thorough understanding of commercial production and office operations, as well as develop professional connections in the advertising and production industry.

We are seeking a flexible, motivated, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for production and advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Office Operations: Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and maintaining the office space.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, conduct research on potential clients, and track sales leads.
• Production Assistance: Support production teams in the office, assist as a PA on set, and aid with post-production needs.
• Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in advertising.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in commercial production, advertising, and filmmaking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
• Prior experience in an office setting is preferred.

This is a paid, in-office position.
