At BrickStreet Marketing (BSM), we partner closely with Caster Concepts, our parent company, to create performance-driven, omnichannel marketing campaigns that support both our B2B initiatives and local community businesses. Our work is diverse, from building comprehensive digital strategies to managing local marketing efforts, but we’re primarily focused on driving growth for Caster Concepts.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist who is highly organized, a strategic thinker, and passionate about marketing. This role will focus primarily on developing and managing B2B marketing campaigns, but also includes social media strategy across both B2B and local community businesses. The ideal candidate has experience in campaign management and can work with tools like HubSpot or Hey Orca to optimize marketing efforts and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns for Caster Concepts and other BSM clients.
- Coordinate and manage local community-focused campaigns, balancing both B2B and local marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with our Product Manager to align on the subject matter and establish campaign positioning and targets.
- Lead social media strategy for both B2B clients and community businesses, ensuring cohesive and effective content.
- Use HubSpot to manage email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM tasks.
- Utilize Hey Orca to schedule and manage social media content for multiple clients.
- Analyze performance data from campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with both business objectives and creative content.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 Years Experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, and social media strategy.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (email marketing, CRM, workflows)
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels and the ability to craft strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with Hey Orca or other social scheduling platforms. (social media planning and scheduling).
