Spring Internship
Pattern's focus is on economic development, and specifically on the CREATIVE economy. We are not an arts & culture organization in the traditional sense, and while you might know us for our magazine, we are NOT only a magazine. Our initiatives range from talent incubation to community events, publishing, and content creation, all aimed at making space for creatives and creators to thrive in Indiana.
We are looking for ambitious, thoughtful, curious, hard-working, driven, team players who want to help us solve big problems. Interns at Pattern will receive hands on mentorship, contribute meaningfully to our work, get access to exclusive field trips and events, and gain real world skill experience in their focus area.
The Spring semester runs from January 10 - May 1.

Other Considerations
- This internship pays a $1000 stipend upon completion of the internship. It's not much, we know, but the tradeoff is that you'll receive priceless real-world experience, and your portfolio will be significantly stronger than your peers.
- Priority is given to college students who are rising Juniors and older.
- We do accept individuals who are not in college on a case-by-case basis. Please explain your situation in the cover letter.
We do not currently offer any internships for high school students.
