Product Management Intern

Job Description:
As a Product Management Intern, you will be an integral part of our product team, helping build and
refine our marketplace. This role will provide you with firsthand experience in product development,
user research, and strategic planning within the healthcare and recruiting space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Assist in conducting user research and market analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Support the development of product roadmaps and user stories.
• Participate in product development from ideation through to launch.
• Help track product performance and user feedback to inform future iterations.
• Contribute to creating product documentation and presentations.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related
field.
• Strong interest in product management and marketplace technology.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
