Marketing Assistant (Video Content Specialist)

 

Location: Hybrid in Midtown Atlanta, GA
Employment Type: Part-time
Compensation: Starting at $15/hour

 

Position Overview
TeamWRX is looking for a passionate marketer to join our team in the Atlanta area and lead our video content strategy and production. You'll collaborate with our corporate team in Midtown and develop content alongside our Atlanta branch team in College Park, showcasing the exceptional environment we provide for candidates and the amazing work we do for clients. This role also includes opportunities to participate in special projects, such as events and sponsorships, and support the Marketing Department’s broader strategy to positively impact local communities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and plan video content aligned with company goals and the marketing plan.
  • Organize, produce, and film engaging video content as needed.
  • Edit and publish short and long-form videos.
  • Analyze video performance across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team on event planning and development.
  • Assist the marketing team with various initiatives throughout the year.
  • Contribute to the development of social media strategy.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Pursuing or holding a degree in marketing, video production, or a related field (degree not required).
  • Experience: No prior experience needed.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of video production (vertical video via phone is required; camera experience is a bonus).
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok (Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube are bonuses).
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Event planning experience.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of Trello or similar project management tools.

 

Position Details

  • Hybrid role based in Midtown Atlanta, GA, near the Georgia Tech campus.
  • Requires monthly visits to the Atlanta Branch office in College Park for content production (accommodations for transportation limitations available).
  • Part-time role with a starting pay of $15/hour.
