COMPANY: A Mighty Lamb Production showcases hottest emerging artists and bands. Through their platform Breaking Sound. All our shows are uniquely curated.

ROLE: This role is to support the Social Media Manager of A Mighty Lamb Production team. We do all our production in-house, Promo card assets, gifs, brand identity and video assets as well. . The team strives to ensure all events are rewarding and memorable for artists, along with a great experience for audiences.

POSITION TITLE: Social Media Marketing Intern

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Essential:

  • Interest in music and media, art, live events, or music festival culture
  • Well organized, process driven and detail oriented
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Comfortable working to strict deadlines and solving problems under pressure
  • Able to wear many hats and take on varied tasks and projects
  • 10-20 hours per week
  • College credit
  • A working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite applications: Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • An innate sense of design and composition
  • Fluency in English
  • Photography skills are major bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Set up and optimize company social pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Constant contact with Social Media Manager
