Partner Correspondence – Virginia Beach, VA

 

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a highly motivated professional to process and respond to incoming mail and emails on behalf of the ministry and our Spanish-speaking partners.

 

The work schedule for this Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM. Employees must work on-site at our office located in Virginia Beach, VA. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Proven ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks, clerical duties, and data entry
  • Strong familiarity with navigating the Internet and using email communication
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills, in Spanish and English
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook with ability to learn new software
  • Strong grammar, spelling, sentence structure and vocabulary
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to proofread work
  • Task-oriented with ability to work in a highly structured, production-oriented environment
  • Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as an effective team member
  • Available to work occasional overtime to meet production needs
  • Ability to prioritize work and complete assignments in a timely manner
