Virtual Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Weindling World Travel is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support operations by managing electronic itineraries, communicating with suppliers and clients, and tracking bookings and commissions. Key Responsibilities:

Build and Manage Electronic Itineraries: Create and maintain detailed electronic itineraries for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all travel arrangements.

Correspondence: Communicate effectively with suppliers and clients to confirm bookings, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Reporting: Regularly report on bookings, including status updates and any changes made to itineraries.

Commission Tracking: Monitor and track commissions related to bookings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Data Management: Maintain organized digital files and databases for easy access and reference.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in using and learning digital tools and software for itinerary management and communication (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
