Social Media Talent Agent

Strong proficiency in TikTok, Discord, and other social media platforms.

Ability to multitask and manage different responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Online research and internet-savvy skills.

Experience in customer service, talent scouting, or sales preferred.

Knowledge of live streaming, including offering advice and coaching, is a plus.

Willingness to work on a commission-based structure, with some sales experience highly desirable.

Comfortable with text-based communication, with occasional calls (accent is not a problem).

Candidates with Spanish skills are a plus.
