Marketing Intern

Job Overview: BŪCH Fermentery & Taproom is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Strategy Intern to help us develop a centralized marketing program for our growing portfolio of beverages. This internship offers the opportunity to build a marketing strategy from the ground up, working closely with our leadership team to shape the brand’s presence both online and offline. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across social media, email, and other digital platforms. 
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics and trends within the beverage industry. 
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement product-specific marketing campaigns for both direct-to-consumer and taproom promotions. 
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty. 
  • Support in designing and launching paid advertising campaigns (Google, Instagram, etc.). Help establish a campus ambassador program for local universities to promote brand awareness. 
  • Contribute to SEO optimization efforts and content creation, including blogs, product descriptions, and more. 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • Strong communication skills and creativity. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). 
  • Interest in health-conscious beverages or the wellness industry is a plus. 
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
