QA Lab Technician

QA Lab Technician | On-Site - Los Angeles, California | A new challenge awaits!

What are we looking for?

-Empathy for the player experience, particularly with gaming devices and peripherals.
-Customer service experience and familiarity with QA/Test processes.
-Expert proficiency in Windows 7 and higher, as well as OSX 10.10 and higher.
-Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, device drivers, and BIOS.
-Experience with gaming hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices (legacy Android and iOS with Xcode provisioning).
-Skills in constructing and repairing PC hardware and using image deployment software like Norton Ghost.
-Familiarity with performance and benchmarking tools.
-2+ years of relevant experience
-The ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.

Nice to have

-Experience maintaining hardware across multiple platforms (mobile, console, PC).
-Networking experience.
