Job Title: Social Media Specialist / Mentor for TikTok Live

Location: 3903 Northdale Boulevard Suite 100-03, Tampa, Florida 33624 (with flexible hours and remote setup)

Position Summary: UBI Academy of Influence is looking for an experienced and passionate Live-Streaming Coach to mentor and guide emerging talents in the world of live-streaming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in live-streaming, with a proven monthly income of at least $300 on TikTok or similar platforms. This role offers flexible hours and a unique business partner opportunity, with profit-sharing options on top of a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions for live-streaming trainees

Share effective techniques for audience engagement, content creation, and income growth

Act as a mentor and role model, inspiring trainees to reach their full potential

Collaborate with trainees to set goals and track progress

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in live-streaming

Assist with community building, encouraging a supportive and positive environment

Requirements:

Proven success in live-streaming, with a monthly income of $300+ from platforms like TikTok, Instagram Live, YouTube, or similar

Passion for mentoring and supporting new talents in their journey

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute to UBI Network’s growth

Ability to work flexible hours, accommodating trainee schedules
