Role Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Management Intern to run our TikTok and Instagram channels. This role involves end-to-end management from content ideation and coordination to finalizing assets and posting. The intern will also be responsible for active engagement with our audience. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Gen-Z culture, be well-versed in current trends, and have an innate sense of what resonates with this audience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar for Instagram, and TikTok that is aligned with our brand's goals and target audience, ensuring consistent and timely posting across platforms.
- Create User-Generated Content: Film, edit and upload user-generated content as the face of our brand.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Campaign Management: Plan, ideate, and implement online marketing campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Build and Nurture Online Communities: Engage with our online community by actively participating in conversations on our broadcast channels, responding to questions, and fostering a positive environment that reflects our brand values.
- Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key community members to amplify our reach and strengthen community ties.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns, posts, and overall social media efforts. Generate regular reports and use data to optimise strategies.
