Bad Kids Korporation Internship Program Position Title: Campaign/Launch Manager Intern for Comic Book Universe Supervisor: Tani Saeun, Creative Director Duration: 6 Months from Date of Signing Hours: 20-25 hours per week (Primarily Task-Based) Location: Remote, with Some Opportunities for In-Person Collaboration Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Campaign/Launch Manager Intern to assist in the successful execution of our comic book universe launches. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing all elements of our campaign strategies to maximize the impact and reach of each comic book series release. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all launches are engaging, well-promoted, and achieve their desired results. Key Responsibilities: ● Campaign Planning: Assist in developing comprehensive campaign plans for each comic book universe launch, including timelines, goals, target audiences, and promotional activities. ● Project Management: Coordinate with different departments, including writers, illustrators, graphic designers, and social media managers, to ensure all elements of the launch are executed on schedule. ● Marketing Strategy: Help create and implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, influencer outreach, and press releases, to build excitement for the launches. ● Event Coordination: Support the organization and promotion of virtual or in-person launch events, including panel discussions, live readings, and fan engagement activities. ● Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for the campaign, such as teasers, trailers, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional artwork. ● Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future launches. ● Community Engagement: Engage with the comic book community through social media and other platforms, building relationships and fostering excitement for upcoming series. ● Brand Consistency: Ensure all campaign materials and messaging align with the overall branding of the comic book universe. ● Administrative Tasks: Manage campaign calendars, organize assets, and assist with other launch-related administrative tasks as needed.
