 Role Description: 

This is a full-time on-site role for a College Recruiter at the Southern Hospitality Internship Program in Sevierville, TN. The College Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting college students for internship opportunities, conducting interviews, and facilitating the placement process. In addition, the College Recruiter will collaborate with educational institutions and assist in program development and promotion.

 Qualifications: 

  • Recruitment, Interviewing, and Placement skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educational institutions and program development
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in student recruitment or education sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
