Founded by Nicole Gibson, we’re on a mission to empower individuals with tools that enhance self-awareness and promote emotional health. As we rebuild our brand and strategy, we’re looking for motivated interns to join us on this journey.
Position Overview
Are you passionate about mental health, tech innovation, and social media? We’re looking for creative and proactive interns to support our social media, PR, and marketing efforts. This is an ideal role for college students or recent grads looking to gain experience in a mission-driven startup.
Available Intern Roles
1. Social Media Content Creator
• Responsibilities:
• Create engaging content for Instagram, including reels, carousels, and story graphics
• Design visuals and templates in Canva to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic
• Research trends and help grow InTruth’s online community
• Requirements:
• Experience with Canva and Instagram’s content creation tools
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially on Instagram
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
2. PR & Communications Intern
• Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting press releases, media outreach emails, and PR strategies
• Research and compile media lists for outreach to journalists and publications
• Support with storytelling and message alignment for brand promotion
• Requirements:
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Interest in public relations, journalism, or communications
• Self-starter with a strong organizational ability
3. Graphic Design Intern
• Responsibilities:
• Develop InTruth’s visual brand kit in Canva
• Design social media templates, infographics, and other visual assets
• Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across platforms
• Requirements:
• Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Portfolio or sample of previous design work (preferred)
4. Marketing and Brand Strategy Intern
• Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing a content calendar and social media strategy
• Research audience demographics and contribute to brand positioning strategies
• Track and report on social media metrics and engagement
• Requirements:
• Basic understanding of marketing principles
• Interest in brand development and audience engagement
• Analytical skills to assess engagement data
