Overview: Nasuni is seeking a Summer 2025 Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Recruiting Team within People Operations, onsite in Boston Seaport. This internship offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class Talent Acquisition team and contribute to our recruitment efforts, focusing on broadening channels to attract a diverse talent pool, particularly among Sales, Marketing, Software Product, and Software Engineering roles. 

At Nasuni, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates for a wide variety of roles at our high growth technology company. We think of Recruiting as Sales.  We have internal customers, our hiring managers, and external customers, our candidates.  Our team philosophy for engaging with hiring managers allows us to deep dive with our internal partners and be steps ahead when it comes to recruiting top talent. We are looking for an energetic, authentic connector who is ready to be an integral part of the team and who has ambition and drive to attract new talent in a highly competitive tech sector.

You’ll receive great support, direction, and collaboration from our Talent Acquisition team, as we help you connect and develop relationships with our internal customers and employees throughout the United States and Europe. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and develop recruiting strategies to source candidates that match ideal profiles for Nasuni's open Job Requisitions.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Participate in Talent Acquisition meetings and collaborate with Hiring Managers to conduct job requirement intake and kick-off calls.
  • Job Description Development: Use your business analysis skills to craft clear and accurate job descriptions that align with organizational goals.
  • Interviewing: Conduct a minimum of 120 phone or Zoom screens, and interview 25 candidates onsite.
  • Hiring:  Own the recruitment process, end-to-end, for multiple roles and hire a minimum of 3 new employees to Nasuni during the summer. 1 per month.
  • Event Planning: Design and execute two recruiting events to attract targeted talent pools.
  • Marketing: Create compelling Social Media Communication to attract candidates.
  • Recruitment Partnerships: Identify new recruiting partnerships to broaden candidate channels, maybe with your own college or university.
  • Metrics Reporting: Track and report on recruiting metrics within our Applicant Tracking Tool, Greenhouse, including; submittal to interview, interview to hire, cost-per-hire, time to fill, attrition rates, and candidate quality.
  • Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience by providing status updates, welcoming candidates, and giving them tours of our Seaport office.
  • Research & Development: Explore new talent acquisition topics and present findings to the team.
  • Process Improvement: Learn and recommend improvements to our interview process and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse.
  • Networking: Attend relevant industry events, including Mass Technology Leadership Council activities, and other industry events or conferences.
  • Final Presentation: Prepare a presentation on your internship accomplishments for Nasuni leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and establishing trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Active Listening: Truly hearing candidates to address their questions and needs effectively.
  • Persuasiveness: Convincing candidates of the benefits of a role and the company.
  • Engagement Experience: Prior experience with people-centric roles such as cold-calling, fundraising, team leadership, community building, event management, or other customer-facing roles, where you have created and maintained relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Curiosity to learn about Hybrid Cloud Data Services, including platforms like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Technology Savvy: Comfortable using recruiting tools such as Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and JIRA.
  • Academic Standing: Must be a rising Senior undergraduate or 2nd-year Master’s student during Summer 2025.
  • Availability: Commitment to working onsite at least three days a week from June through August 2025.
  • Career Aspirations: Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Organizational Development, Human Resources, People Operations, or Sales.

  • Participate in team-building activities to foster camaraderie.
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance your public speaking and presentation skills.
