Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Intern to support and enhance our people-focused initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Design, manage, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR functions.
- Support the development and delivery of employee training and development programs.
- Contribute to recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Participate in initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to take the initiative.
- Previous experience in HR, leadership roles, or related domains is a plus.

We will collaborate with students to complete any forms required by faculty to assist with the credit approval process.
