Sales And Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team here in Coral Springs, FL!

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct market research on industry trends and reach out to prospective clients
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calls for the sales and recruitment team. 
• Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.
• Assist with managing and organizing CRM & ATS (Hubspot & Loxo)
• Source candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including Indeed, ATS database, LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive recruiting techniques.
• Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 1+ yrs. Inside sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or recruiting related experience or recent college grad.
• College grads with limited work experience will be considered
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Excellent computer, social media and internet search skills
• Experience working in a very fast-paced environment
• BA/BS
