Digital Platforms Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Platforms Coordinator is responsible for managing and enhancing all Packers digital platforms, including the team website(s), mobile app, connected TV apps, and emerging technologies. Assists the digital team in collaborating with various departments within the Green Bay Packers organization to drive website/app development and achieve business goals. Utilizes analytics to increase traffic, engagement, and user satisfaction, while maximizing revenue generated from the team’s digital platforms.

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support digital team in day-to-day management of all Packers digital platforms.
  • Assist Senior Digital Platforms Coordinator in creating, planning and optimizing digital experiences within the Packers mobile app and website.
  • Deliver UI/UX enhancements to all Packers digital platforms.
  • Assist digital team in all mobile app development, including ongoing collaboration with all third-party developers.
  • Help manage and ensure quality control of team mobile and connected TV apps.
  • Assist in managing the team’s YouTube channel.
  • Support quality assurance for all Packers apps, including test builds.
  • Contribute to fulfilment of digital sales activations across all platforms.
  • Help with search engine optimization for all content and landing pages.
  • Support ADA/CCPA compliance efforts across digital platforms.
  • Assist with graphic design projects.
  • Assist Senior Digital Platforms Coordinator in the coordination and execution of various Packers digital projects.
  • Research and stay current on best practices and emerging technologies for the Packers digital department.
  • Assist other internal departments and business units with web/app projects as needed.
  • Facilitate all external communication between third-party developers and provide continuous status updates to all internal departments involved.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in digital media technology or a related field). 
  • Knowledge and experience in digital media, including mobile applications, and connected TV.
  • Experience in web design and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience using content management systems.
  • Background in graphic design and photography helpful.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, holidays, and some weekends.  

 

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

 

  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
