Responsibilities

The e-commerce operations associate is tasked with helping our operations team manage the daily flow of customer inquiries, order updates, movement of inventory, picking and packing, returns, and more. Our e-commerce operations associates will be responsible for:

• Answering customer service questions via email, phone, and social media
• Updating orders and addresses based on customer requests
• Picking, packing and shipping orders in a timely and accurate manner as assigned by leadership
• Inspecting customer returns and exchanges to be put back in inventory
• Assisting in the receiving and organizing of products in the warehouse
• Ensures that all inbound merchandise is inspected and correct as ordered
• Performing other duties and ad hoc projects assigned by leadership

Desired qualifications

• Desire and ability to learn new technologies (software and hardware necessary to complete tasks)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet attendance requirements
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment
• Flexible and adaptable to feedback; we want you to feel comfortable giving, receiving, and applying feedback!
• Passion for running, health and wellness is a must!
