Human Resources Internship (Part-time)

We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Intern to help drive our growth and assist in administrative tasks within the Human Resources team. In this position you will assist our Talent Acquisition Partners by supporting the entire recruiting process and all Employer Branding activities. This gives you the opportunity to not only get a deep dive into recruitment itself but to work on interesting and diverse projects within the wider Human Resources department.  

 

  • Focus on direct search activities and help us build talent pools of strong candidates 
  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners during the entire recruiting process: update job postings, schedule interviews and act as the first point of contact to existing and future candidates 
  • Assist the HR team in creative employer branding campaigns and projects to spread our brand in the local community  
  • Support the Human Resources Team in their daily work (data-entry, special projects, internal/external scheduling & communications) 
  • Be part of planning committee for recruiting fairs and events  
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team  
  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing 
  • Maintain communication between regions (USA/Mexico) 
  • Assist in employee onboarding activities as needed 
  • Assist in sending out new hire paperwork to employees, fielding questions for the HR team and ensuring completion of all new hire documents 
  • Data entry into HR Management System 
  • Assist in maintenance of employee files & records 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Teams and/or other software/database skills 
  • Excellent oral, written, communication and phone skills 
  • Strong data entry/typing skills  
  • Enthusiasm for research and special projects 
  • Strong interest in HR, specifically in recruitment, employee engagement, and branding 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision 

 

Additional information 

  • Work location: Office - Hybrid – Clearwater, FL 
  • This position will require a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 29 hours per week
