Human Resources Coordinator - Recruiter #5045

RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies to recruit and retain employees; assist with updating and maintaining web-based talent management platform; research and recommend effective advertising methods and sources for vacancies; assist with job postings and advertisement processes using internal and external resources; verifying accuracy of the hiring process; attend job fairs and recruiting sessions; performing special projects, research, and surveys; providing training to employees and supervisors on human resources related topics; demonstrating a high degree of initiative and exercising independent judgment within assigned area of responsibility; maintaining strict confidentiality; and exercising discretion in all communications.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Services, or related field with at least one year of experience working in a Human Resources Office 
OR
Associates Degree in Business or related field with at least three years of experience working in a Human Resources Office
Preferred Requirements
P1: Public sector experience
P2: Recruiting experience

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$42,865 - $75,014
