Role Overview:

Are you a creative individual with a passion for designing user-friendly and visually stunning digital experiences? Do you want to work on innovative projects that blend music, technology, and lifestyle? Join Bad Kids Korporation as a UI/UX Designer and Creative Intern! This 12-week unpaid internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in UI/UX design, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to exciting projects. There is also an option to extend the internship based on performance and mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

- UI/UX Design: Assist in designing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that focus on user experience and visual appeal.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. Analyze user behavior and preferences to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively. Participate in brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
- Creative Contribution: Bring fresh ideas and creativity to the table. Contribute to the development of innovative design concepts and solutions that align with the brand’s vision.
- Design Systems: Assist in maintaining and updating design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Learning and Growth: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously enhance your skills through hands-on projects and mentorship.

Qualifications:

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous project or internship experience in UI/UX design is a plus. Demonstrated ability to create user-centric designs for digital platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Knowledge of prototyping tools and methods for usability testing.
- Design Sense: Strong eye for visual design, typography, color, and layout. Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to team members and stakeholders.
- Creativity: A passion for creativity and innovation. Willingness to experiment with new ideas and push the boundaries of design.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Open to feedback and eager to contribute to team success.
