FILM / TV DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP (remote)

Oscar-winning international studio Picture Perfect Federation is seeking Fall 2024 interns for a remote, unpaid position through our Beverly Hills office. Interns will learn about film, television and podcast development and production. Responsibilities will mostly include coverage (script, book, podcast, format, etc.), research, etc. 

We will help our interns develop the skills necessary for a career in scripted film and television development and producing, which include script analysis, how to give notes, how to pitch a project, how to navigate the current entertainment industry landscape, etc. As the position is remote, all duties are able to be completed online and from anywhere, so interns do not need to be local to Los Angeles.

The internship runs for the duration of the individual's Fall semester. We do require approximately 2 full days of work a week (these hours are general guidelines).

There will be 1-hour group Zoom meetings every other week for all of the interns to have face time with each other and with our development team. During this time we'll discuss the projects we are working on, industry news, walk our interns through the development process, bring in guest speakers, and answer any questions that our interns might have.
